Deine Aufgaben

Du baust unseren Kundenbestand und unsere Projektpipeline aus, indem du proaktiv umsatzstarke, strategisch relevante Unternehmenschancen identifizierst und gewinnst.
Du verantwortest den kompletten Sales-Prozess: Inbound-Qualifizierung, Sales Calls, Angebotserstellung, Verhandlung, Abschluss und die reibungslose Übergabe an unsere Projektteams.
Du stellst die täglichen Sales-Operations sicher und optimierst Strukturen sowie skalierbare Frameworks.
Du führst unsere Partnership-Strategie mit wichtigen Partnern wie zum Beispiel Braze, MoEngage, Adjust, Appsflyer, Developer-Agenturen und vielen mehr.
Du analysierst bestehende Workflows und entwickelst bessere Prozesse für Prospecting, Qualifizierung, Follow-ups, Reporting, Deal-Flow und Dokumentation.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser CRM (derzeit HubSpot).
Du sorgst für saubere Datenqualität, baust Automatisierungen weiter aus und entwickelst einen verlässlichen Funnel.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing zusammen, um Sales- & Marketingstrategien abzustimmen und die Lead-Generierung zu stärken.

Als unser (Senior) Growth Manager spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der nächsten Wachstumsphase von Customlytics. Die Position ist neu, strategisch und zugleich sehr hands-on, perfekt für jemanden, der hungrig, lösungsorientiert und bereit ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Du hast die Freiheit, Projekte eigenständig voranzutreiben und trägst dabei die Verantwortung, während du eng mit unserem CEO, Chief of Staff und den kundennahen Teams zusammenarbeitest.

Deine Mission ist, starke Beziehungen im mobilen Ökosystem aufzubauen und auszubauen, unsere Präsenz im Mobile-Bereich und innerhalb der The Relevance Group weiter zu stärken und unser Wachstum aktiv voranzutreiben. Du verantwortest den gesamten New-Business-Lifecycle, entwickelst strategische Partnerschaften weiter, optimierst unsere Vertriebsstrukturen und hilfst dabei, ein skalierbares, effektives Go-to-Market-Setup aufzubauen.

Customlytics ist eine Marketing-Beratungsagentur. Wir vertreiben Services im B2B-Bereich für Unternehmen, die ihre mobilen Apps durch optimierte Marketing-Maßnahmen erfolgreicher machen möchten. Erforderlich ist daher nachweisbare Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Mobile Marketing, Mobile App Technology oder Mobile Martech, oder ein Hintergrund im Vertrieb von B2B Marketing Services bevorzugt im Agentur Bereich. Ein tiefes Verständnis des mobilen Ökosystems und großes Interesse an Apps setzen wir voraus.

Dein Profil

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb und im Management von Partnerschaften.
Erfahrung im Mobile Marketing, in Mobile App Technology oder Mobile Martech in einer ähnlichen Rolle; tiefes Verständnis des mobilen Ökosystems ist ein Muss.
Akquirieren von Kund*innen, Deals abschließen und den gesamten Sales-Lifecycle eigenständig steuern entspricht genau deinen Stärken.
Analytische und kommerzielle Denkweise und Erfahrung darin, Umsatzwachstum gemeinsam mit Marketing, Consulting und anderen Teams voranzutreiben.
Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder die Fähigkeit, sich schnell einzuarbeiten, unser CRM System schnell zu übernehmen, Prozesse zu optimieren und Automationen einzurichten.
Eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hands-on Mindset.
Sicheres und wirkungsvolles Agieren in der Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing, Consulting und Leadership. Proaktive und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Ideen einbringt, Abstimmungen sucht und in einem kleinen, kollaborativen Team aufblüht.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).

Your mission

Expanding Customlytics’ client base and project pipeline by proactively acquiring high-impact, revenue-generating business opportunities.
Own the full sales process end to end: inbound qualification, sales calls, solution design, proposal creation, negotiation, closing, and smooth handover to our project teams.
Maintain daily sales operations while optimizing structures and building scalable frameworks Own and execute the partnerships strategy with key partners (e.g., Braze, Adjust, Appsflyer, MMPs, developer agencies, mobile CRM, Meta/TikTok networks).
Audit existing workflows and develop improved processes for prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, reporting, deal flow, and documentation.
Take ownership of our CRM (currently HubSpot), maintaining data accuracy, optimizing automations, and building a dependable sales funnel.
Work closely with Marketing to align Sales & Marketing strategies to drive stronger lead generation.

As our (Senior) Growth Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving Customlytics’ next stage of growth. This is a new, strategic yet very hands-on position for someone who is hungry, resourceful, and ready to take ownership. You’ll have the freedom to drive projects independently and carry responsibility while working closely with our CEO, Chief of Staff, and client-facing teams. Your mission is to build and expand meaningful relationships with partners in the mobile ecosystem, elevate our presence in the mobile space, and within the The Relevance Group. You will own the full new business lifecycle, strengthen and expand our strategic partnerships, optimize our sales structures, and contribute to a more scalable, more effective go-to-market setup.

Your profile

Proven expertise in sales and partnership management.
Experience in mobile marketing, mobile app technology, or mobile martech in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem is a must. Demonstrated ability to acquire clients, close deals, and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Strong analytical and commercial thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth while collaborating effectively with Marketing, Consulting, and other teams.
Experience with HubSpot or the ability to quickly take ownership of our CRM, improve processes, and manage automations.
Ability to run projects independently, execute hands-on, and take ownership without constant direction.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Consulting, and leadership.
A proactive communicator who brings ideas, seeks alignment, and thrives in a small, collaborative team.
Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written).
